A limited number of stalls are available for:                                                          

• Full Care Backing,Training,Re-Training ,Lay-Ups, Consignment Sales, Regular Boarding, Show Boarding. 

  PLATINUM MEMBER-$1,500 MONTH(gst included):         
-3-4 hay feedings/2 grain daily,stall cleaning,all day turnout,daily Grooming & Any necessary treatment(blanketing,bandaging,supplementation),Horse Professionally trained by Barbara Hutcheson 5 days weekly .

GOLD MEMBER-$750 MONTH(gst included)
-3-4 hay feedings/2 grain daily,stall cleaning,all day turnout,1 private lesson weekly.

SILVER PLUS MEMBER(RACETRACK LAY-UPS)-$600 MONTH(gst included)
-3-4 hay feedings/2 grain daily,stall cleaning,all day turnout(if required),daily grooming and medical attention-bandaging,handwalking(if required).

SILVER MEMBER-$475 MONTH (gst included)
-3-4 hay feedings/ 2 grain daily, stall cleaning, all day turnout.

BRONZE MEMBER(PART-BOARDING):
Ride 2 times weekly(1 ride/1 lesson)-$275 month(gst included)
Ride 3 times weekly(2 rides/1 lesson)-$375 month(gst included)
Ride 4 times weekly(2 rides/2 lessons)-$475 month(gst included)

CONSIGNMENT BOARDING:

Rate 1-$1,500 month Platinum Consignment/Sales-as Platinum Board with 10% Commission Payable to Consignor.Includes photo on website,marketing and campaigning at all major horse shows(3-4 times a month) Horse ridden/trained by Barbara 5 days weekly.90 Day term. Entry fees and Trailering costs are responsibility of owner and billed accordingly.

Rate 2-$750 month Gold Consignment/Sales-as Gold Board with 15% Commission Payable to Consignor.Includes photo on website,marketing and campaigning at local horse shows(2 times a month). Horse ridden/trained by Barbara 3 days weekly.90 Day term. Entry fees and trailering costs are responsibility of owner and billed accordingly.

Rate 3-$475 month Silver Consignment/Sales-as Silver Board with 25% Commission Payable to Consignor.Includes photo on website,marketing and campaigning at local horse shows.(1 time a month) .Horse ridden/trained by Barbara 2 days weekly.90 Day term. Entry fees and Trailering costs are responsibility of owner and billed accordingly.

TRAILERING SERVICE:$50 Hook-up fee + $1.50 per km.
